Uniform Rules
390 Uniform Rules
(1) The Uniform Rules may make provision with respect to any aspect of trust
records examinations, trust records investigations, compliance audits and
complaint investigations.
(2) Without limitation, the Uniform Rules may make
provision with respect to the following-- (a) the manner in which powers under
this Chapter are to be exercised;
(b) qualifications for appointment as an
investigator;
(c) reports by investigators.
