Local regulatory authority for Chapter 5 functions to be independent entity
405 Local regulatory authority for Chapter 5 functions to be independent
entity
(1) A local regulatory authority exercising Chapter 5 functions must be an
independent entity.
(2) Subsection (1) does not prevent a local regulatory
authority from delegating (under section 406) any Chapter 5 functions to a
professional association.
