Guidelines and directions by local regulatory authorities for their delegates
408 Guidelines and directions by local regulatory authorities for their
delegates
(1) A local regulatory authority may issue guidelines or directions to its
delegates about the exercise of functions under this Law or the Uniform Rules
by the delegates.
(2) Guidelines or directions issued under this section
cannot be inconsistent with applicable guidelines or directions issued by the
Council or the Commissioner.
(3) The power to issue guidelines or directions
includes power to amend or revoke them.
