LEGAL PROFESSION UNIFORM LAW (NSW) - SECT 420

420 Categories of Uniform Rules

(1) The Uniform Rules may contain provisions designated respectively as--

(a) Admission Rules; and

(b) Legal Practice Rules; and

(c) Legal Profession Conduct Rules; and

(d) Continuing Professional Development Rules.

(2) Uniform Rules not so designated may be known as general Uniform Rules or by another designation specified in the Rules.
