LEGAL PROFESSION UNIFORM LAW (NSW) - SECT 61
Entitlement to practise
61 Entitlement to practise
(1) An Australian-registered foreign lawyer is entitled to practise foreign
law in this jurisdiction.
(2) That entitlement is subject to any requirements
of this Law and the Uniform Rules and the conditions of the foreign lawyer's
Australian registration certificate.
