Variation, suspension or cancellation for minor matters, or at request or with concurrence
74 Variation, suspension or cancellation for minor matters, or at request or
with concurrence
(1) The designated local regulatory authority may vary a certificate for a
formal or clerical reason or in another way that does not adversely affect the
holder's interests.
(2) The designated local regulatory authority may vary,
suspend or cancel a certificate at the request of or with the concurrence of
the holder.
