MINING ACT 1992 - SECT 18

18 Land in reserve or opal prospecting area

An exploration licence may not be granted over any land within--

(a) an opal prospecting area, or

(b) a reserve in respect of which an order prohibiting the granting of exploration licences is in force under section 367.
