Conditions of permit
258 Conditions of permit
(1) A permit is subject to such conditions as are imposed by the Minister or
Secretary when granting the permit, or at any other time under a power
conferred by this Act.
(2) A holder of a permit who contravenes any condition
of the permit is guilty of an offence. : Maximum penalty--5 penalty units.
