New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe Secretary may, on the application of a person, allocate any money collected by way of a levy under this Part for any purpose if the Secretary is satisfied that the reasons for which the application was made are consistent with the purposes for which the levy was imposed and the allocation is appropriate and reasonable for achieving those purposes.
