MINING ACT 1992 - SECT 46

46 Form of assessment lease

An assessment lease is to be in the approved form and is to include the following particulars-

(a) a description of the land over which it is granted,

(b) a list of the mineral or minerals in respect of which it is granted,

(c) the conditions to which it is subject,

(d) the period for which it is to have effect.

Note : Schedule 1B provides that an assessment lease may be varied after it is granted.
