MOTOR ACCIDENTS COMPENSATION ACT 1999 - SECT 115A
Compliance with Commission legislation is condition of insurer's licence
115A Compliance with Commission legislation is condition of insurer's licence
It is a condition of a licence granted under Part 7.1 that the insurer comply
with relevant provisions of--
(a) the Personal Injury Commission Act 2020 and
the regulations under that Act, and
(b) the Commission rules.
