The regulations may make provision for or with respect to the application,
with such modifications as may be provided by the regulations, of any of the
provisions of this Act in relation to the dealing with or finalising of
claims, or the satisfying of judgments, by the Nominal Defendant as agent and
attorney of a person under this Part.
