(cf s 120 MACA)
(1) The Authority is to maintain a claims register comprising the following--(a) details of claims notified by insurers under this Act,(b) details of claims made on the Nominal Defendant,(c) details of claims under the Workers Compensation Acts of which the Authority is informed under this Act,(d) details of which the Authority is informed under this Act of payments made to or on behalf of participants in the Scheme under the Motor Accidents (Lifetime Care and Support) Act 2006 and of the treatment and care needs of those participants,(e) such additional details as the Authority considers appropriate for inclusion in the register.
(2) The claims register may be accessed only by the Authority, by licensed insurers and by such other persons or bodies as may be approved by the Authority.
(3) Without limiting this Division, licensed insurers are authorised to exchange data concerning claims notified by them under this Act.
