METHODIST CHURCH OF SAMOA IN AUSTRALIA PROPERTY TRUST ACT 1998 - SECT 6
Trust may make by-laws
(1) The Trust may make by-laws, not inconsistent with this Act, for the
control and management of, and dealings with, trust property and with respect
to the procedure of the Board for conducting the business of the Trust.
(2) A
certificate under the seal of the Trust to the effect that a by-law specified
in the certificate, or in an annexure to the certificate, was in force on a
day specified in the certificate is, until the contrary is proved, evidence
that the by-law was in force on that day.
(3) A by-law may be amended or
repealed by a subsequent by-law made under this section.
(4) A by-law is not
binding on any person who is not a member of the Church.
