MOTOR DEALERS AND REPAIRERS ACT 2013 - SECT 19

19 Production of licences and certificates

(1) The holder of a motor dealer's licence, motor vehicle repairer's licence or motor vehicle recycler's licence must not, without reasonable excuse, fail to comply with a request to produce the licence to an authorised officer.

(2) The holder of a tradesperson's certificate must not, without reasonable excuse, at any place where the holder does repair work, fail to comply with a request to produce the certificate to an authorised officer.
