Investigation of applications
23 Investigation of applications
(1) The Secretary may make any inquiries that the Secretary considers
necessary in relation to an application for a licence.
(2) The Commissioner
of Police must, at the request of the Secretary, investigate an application
for a licence and, as soon as practicable after completing the investigation,
report to the Secretary on the investigation.
