MOTOR DEALERS AND REPAIRERS ACT 2013 - SECT 34
Amendment of licences
(1) An application to amend a licence may seek to add or remove a class of
repair work from a tradesperson's certificate.
(2) An application to amend a
licence is to be accompanied by the fee, if any, prescribed by the
regulations.
(3) The Secretary may refuse to grant an application to amend a
licence on any ground on which the Secretary may refuse to grant a licence in
the terms of the proposed amended licence.
