197 Proceedings for offences

(cf 1990 Act, s 299)

(1) Proceedings for an offence against this Act or the regulations are to be dealt with summarily before the Local Court.

(2) Proceedings for an offence under section 102 (Special medical treatment) are to be dealt with on indictment.
