Magistrate to state reasons for decisions
11 Magistrate to state reasons for decisions
(1) A Magistrate is to state the reasons for making a decision as to whether
or not a defendant should be dealt with by an order under this Part.
(2) A
failure to comply with this section does not invalidate a decision of a
Magistrate under this Part.
