MENTAL HEALTH AND COGNITIVE IMPAIRMENT FORENSIC PROVISIONS ACT 2020 - SECT 121
Extension orders for forensic patients
(1) The Supreme Court may, on application under Division 2, make an order for
the extension of a person's status as a forensic patient.
(2) An order made
under this section is an
"extension order" .
