8 Application of Part

(1) This Part applies to the following criminal proceedings before a Magistrate-

(a) summary proceedings for offences,

(b) indictable offences triable summarily,

(c) any related proceedings under the Bail Act 2013 .

(2) This Part does not apply to committal proceedings.
