MARINE SAFETY ACT 1998 - SECT 125
Offences
125 Offences
(2) A person must not, without reasonable excuse, refuse or fail to comply
with a requirement made of the person under this Division.
(3) A person must
not give any information or make a statement pursuant to any requirement made
under this Division that the person knows is false or misleading.
: Maximum
penalty--50 penalty units.
