Service provider may apply for reclassification of pipeline
128 Service provider may apply for reclassification of pipeline
(1) A service provider may, in respect of a pipeline by means of which the
service provider provides pipeline services, apply to the NCC for the pipeline
to be reclassified as-- (a) if the pipeline is a transmission pipeline--a
distribution pipeline; or
(b) if the pipeline is a distribution pipeline--a
transmission pipeline.
(2) The application must be accompanied by the fee
prescribed by the Regulations (if any).
