Passive owners of pipelines deemed to provide or intend to provide pipeline services
9 Passive owners of pipelines deemed to provide or intend to provide
pipeline services
(1) This section applies to a person who owns a pipeline but does not provide
or intend to provide pipeline services by means of that pipeline.
(2) The
person is, for the purposes of this Law, deemed to provide or intend to
provide pipeline services by means of that pipeline even if the person does
not, in fact, do so.
