NATIONAL PARKS AND WILDLIFE ACT 1974 - SECT 100

100 Delegation by Trust

The Trust may delegate a function of the Trust, other than this power of delegation, to--

(a) a member of the Board of the Trust, or

(b) an employee of the Trust, or

(c) a person, or a person of a class, prescribed by the regulations.
