NATIONAL PARKS AND WILDLIFE ACT 1974 - SECT 150A
Definitions
In this Part--
"existing building or structure" means--
(a) in relation to land reserved
under this Act before the commencement of this section, a building or
structure in existence on the land at that commencement, or
(b) in relation
to land that becomes reserved under this Act on or after the commencement of
this section, a building or structure in existence on the land at the time of
that reservation.
"reserve" means a national park, historic site, state conservation area,
regional park, nature reserve, karst conservation reserve or Aboriginal area
(and includes any such land reserved under Part 4A).
