NATIONAL PARKS AND WILDLIFE ACT 1974 - SECT 178

178 Recovery of charges

(1) Any charge, fee or money recoverable by the Secretary or an officer of the Service under the provisions of this Act or the regulations may be recovered as a debt or liquidated demand in a court of competent jurisdiction.

(2) The amount of any royalty due and payable under this Act or the regulations and unpaid may be recovered as a debt due to the Secretary from the person liable to pay that amount in a court of competent jurisdiction.
