NATIONAL PARKS AND WILDLIFE ACT 1974 - SECT 31

31 Care, control and management of parks and sites

(1) The Secretary has the care, control and management of all national parks and historic sites except as provided by subsection (2).

(2) On the establishment of a board of management for a national park or historic site reserved under Part 4A, the care, control and management of the park or site is vested in the board of management.
