"appropriate regional advisory committee" means, in relation to land reserved
under this Act, the regional advisory committee constituted for the
administrative region in which the reserved land is situated.
"responsible authority" , in relation to a plan of management, means the
person or body who or which has responsibility under sections 72, 72A, 73 or
75 for preparing, or causing to be prepared, the plan of management.
