NATIONAL PARKS AND WILDLIFE ACT 1974 - SECT 90M

90M Date from which decision operates

A decision of the Secretary in relation to an Aboriginal heritage impact permit operates from--

(a) the date of the decision, or

(b) if another later date is specified by the Secretary in the decision--that other date.
