Appropriation of money
12 Appropriation of money
(1) All money required to be provided by the State of New South Wales under
the Agreement is to be provided out of money to be appropriated by Parliament
for the purpose.
(2) The approval of the Agreement by this Act does not
operate to appropriate that money from the Consolidated Fund.
