New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe existing and accruing rights of a person in the public service or in the employment of any authority constituted by or under any Act shall not be affected by reason of being appointed a Commissioner or being appointed or employed as an officer or servant by the Commission; and service as a Commissioner or as such officer or servant shall count as service in the public service of New South Wales or in the employment of any such authority.
