New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsNotwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in the Public Works Act 1912 , as amended by subsequent Acts, any purchase or other money arising from the sale or leasing of any lands acquired for the purpose of the construction, maintenance, operation and control of works pursuant to this Act and the Agreement shall be credited to the funds of the Commission.
