Water Management Act 2000 to be read subject to the Agreement
24 Water Management Act 2000 to be read subject to the Agreement
Nothing in the Water Management Act 2000 shall affect the exercise of any
powers conferred by the Agreement or by this Act, and the first mentioned Act
shall be read subject to the Agreement.
