PETROLEUM (ONSHORE) ACT 1991 - SECT 106H
Minimum deposit
(1) The
"minimum deposit" for a petroleum title is the amount prescribed by the
regulations as the minimum deposit in relation to the type of petroleum title
concerned.
(2) A change to the minimum deposit for a petroleum title does not
affect the validity of a security deposit condition imposed or varied before
the change takes effect.
