New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsIf, upon application by a surety to an administration bond, it appear to the Court that--
(a) the estate is being wasted, or
(b) is in danger of being wasted, or
(c) the surety is being in any way prejudiced, or in danger of being prejudiced by the act or default of the person administering the estate,the Court may grant such relief as it may think fit, and for the purpose of making such relief effectual may have and exercise all the powers and jurisdiction of a court of equity.
