New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsUpon any order being made by the Court for the rescission of any grant of special administration as aforesaid, the special administrator shall be bound duly to account to the original executor or administrator, and to pay over all moneys received by the person as special administrator, and then remaining in the special administrator's hands undisposed of as the Court may order.
