PROPERTY AND STOCK AGENTS ACT 2002 - SECT 109
Additional requirements for strata managing agents
(1) A strata managing agent must keep a copy of the following instruments--
(a) an instrument of appointment appointing the agent as
strata managing agent, and
(b) an instrument of delegation delegating to the
agent any powers, authorities, duties or functions of an owners corporation or
an association.
(2) A copy of an instrument of appointment or delegation kept
under this section is a licensee's record for the purposes of this Part.
