PROPERTY AND STOCK AGENTS ACT 2002 - SECT 13
Transfer or lending of licence or certificate of registration prohibited
(1) The holder of a licence or certificate of registration must not transfer,
let out, hire or lend the licence or certificate of registration to any other
person or permit any other person to use the licence or
certificate of registration. : Maximum penalty--100 penalty units.
(2) A
court that convicts a person for an offence under this section is to order the
cancellation of the licence or certificate of registration concerned. The
licence or certificate of registration is cancelled on the making of the
order.
