PROPERTY AND STOCK AGENTS ACT 2002 - SECT 26B
Time period for application for further certificate of registration
(1) An application for a certificate of registration may not be made within 1
year of the expiry or cancellation of a certificate of registration previously
held by the applicant.
(2) A certificate of registration may not be renewed
or restored.
