POISONS AND THERAPEUTIC GOODS ACT 1966 - SECT 30B

30B Delegation

The Medical Committee may delegate to a subcommittee of the Medical Committee any of its functions other than--

(a) this power of delegation, and

(b) any function required by the regulations to be exercised only by the Medical Committee.
