Certain civil proceedings barred

51 Certain civil proceedings barred

An action at law or in equity does not lie against a person for--

(a) the omission to do any thing the doing of which, or
(b) the doing of any thing the omission to do which,
would constitute an offence under this Act or the regulations made under this Act.
