PUBLIC HEALTH ACT 2010 - SECT 127A
Identification
127A Identification
(1) Every authorised officer who is not a police officer must be provided with
an identification card as an authorised officer by the person who appoints the
officer.
(2) The identification card must-- (a) be in the approved form, and
(b) contain a recent photograph of the person.
