(1) A public health detainee or person arrested under section 71 who escapes from the place where he or she is detained may be arrested at any time--(a) by the person for the time being in charge of that place, or(b) by an authorised medical practitioner, or(c) by a police officer, or(d) by any person assisting a person referred to in paragraphs (a)-(c).
(2) On being arrested, the escapee must be returned to the place from which he or she has escaped.
