PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT ADMINISTRATION ACT 1991 - SECT 14A
Chief Executive Officer to manage and control affairs of Authority
(1) The Chief Executive Officer is to manage and control the affairs of the
Authority, subject to-- (a) the policies determined by the Board and other
decisions of the Board under this Act, and
(b) the directions of the Minister
under this Act.
(2) An act, matter or thing done in the name of, or on behalf
of, the Authority by the Chief Executive Officer is taken to have been done by
the Authority.
