Requirement to provide information and records (authorised officers)
193 Requirement to provide information and records (authorised officers)
(1) An authorised officer may, by notice in writing given to a person, require
the person to furnish to the officer such information or records (or both) as
the officer requires by the notice in connection with any matter within the
responsibilities and functions of the regulatory authority that appointed the
officer.
(2) In the case of authorised officers appointed by the EPA, this
section is not limited to matters in respect of which the EPA is the
appropriate regulatory authority.
