PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT OPERATIONS ACT 1997 - SECT 234
Undertakings
234 Undertakings
The court may refuse to make a restraining order if the person making the
application refuses or fails to give to the court such undertakings as
the court considers appropriate with respect to the payment of damages or
costs, or both, in relation to the making or operation of the order.
