Restrictions on making applications
59 Restrictions on making applications
(1) An application for the issue of a licence that relates to premises may be
made only by or with the consent in writing of the occupier of the premises.
(2) An application for the variation of a licence may be made only by or with
the consent in writing of the holder of the licence.
(3) An application for
the transfer of a licence may be made only with the consent in writing of the
holder of the licence.
