Conditions to take effect later
73 Conditions to take effect later
(1) The conditions of a licence may provide that an authorisation conferred by
the licence or a variation of the licence is not to take effect until the end
of a specified period or on the happening of a particular event or on the
occurrence of a specified state of affairs.
(2) Without limiting the
generality of the above, the conditions may provide that an authorisation or
variation will not take effect until a financial assurance is provided in
accordance with the condition.
(3) This section is subject to section 84
(Date from which decision operates).
