ROADS ACT 1993 - SECT 27
Variation and revocation of road widening orders
(1) A roads authority may, by order published in the Gazette-- (a) vary a
road widening order, but only by excluding land from the operation of the
order, or
(b) revoke a road widening order.
(2) Such an order may not be
made with respect to a classified road except with the consent of the Minister
given on the recommendation of TfNSW.
